Our houseboats depart from the main jetty at Finishing Point, near the Nehru Trophy Boat Race Ground in Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kerala. It's approximately 1.5 hours from Kochi International Airport and easily accessible by road, train, or private taxi. We can also arrange pickup service from your hotel or the railway station upon request.

All our packages include traditional Kerala meals freshly prepared onboard by our expert chefs. Day Cruise includes a full Kerala lunch. Overnight packages include dinner and breakfast. Honeymoon and Royal packages include all three meals. We cater to vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-specific diets — just mention your preferences at the time of booking. Special dietary needs are always accommodated.

Yes! All overnight packages include fully air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The living area and sun deck are open-air to let you enjoy the natural Kerala breeze. For our Day Cruise packages, the main living area has fan-cooling and an open deck for natural ventilation. Our Royal Cruise package features premium split AC systems and luxury interiors throughout.

Our cancellation policy: cancellations 7+ days before — full refund; 3–7 days — 50% refund; less than 3 days — no refund, but you may reschedule within 6 months. We offer flexible rescheduling at no extra charge.

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our houseboats are registered with the Kerala State Inland Vessel Authority and approved by the Indian Coast Guard. Every vessel is equipped with life jackets (for all ages), fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency communication equipment. Our captains are licensed with 10+ years of backwater navigation experience. The backwater routes are extremely calm and safe for children, seniors, and non-swimmers.

Kerala's backwaters are beautiful year-round, but the best seasons are: October to February (peak season — cool, dry weather, crystal clear skies, ideal for photography and outdoor activities); March to May (warm, vibrant flora, quieter crowds); June to September (monsoon season — the backwaters are lush and dramatic, a romantic misty experience, though occasional weather disruptions may occur). We operate year-round and adjust routes based on conditions.

Basic WiFi is available on Premium and Royal packages. However, we lovingly encourage guests to disconnect from their screens and reconnect with nature during their backwater journey — the backwaters are, after all, one of India's most serene digital detox destinations. Mobile network coverage (4G/5G) from major Indian carriers is generally available along most backwater routes.
